Praia do Amado

On our trip through Portugal we visit the Algarve. On the Vicentina coast near Carrapateira, Playa do Amado is another insider tip.

There are relatively few tourists in this beautiful region. Only insiders know this coast. It has been chosen as a favorite by surfers for many years. This is also due to the few hotels that can be found here. Large hotel chains are not represented here. So it is not surprising that only a few package tourists find their way here.

The nature in this region is simply impressive and I will report on this in more detail.

The Vicentina coast at Carrapateira is an absolute hotspot and we will come back for sure.
