On our journey through Portugal we visit the Algarve. At the Vicentina coast at Carrapateira it’s still a secret tip to the Playa do Amado.

There are relatively few tourists in this beautiful region. Only insiders know this coast. She has been chosen as a favorite by surfers for many years. This is also due to the few hotels that can be found here. Big hotel chains are not represented here. So it is not surprising that only a few package tourists find here.

The nature in this region is impressive and I will report in more detail.
